New to the blog is my review of The Healthy Hundred by @drpeterlarkins. This book landed on my doorstep at the right time, and it has empowered me to go back to basics with my health. With my 40s fast approaching I wanted to really focus on my personal key areas of health. For me this included not only nutrition but also sleep hygiene and general day to day mindfulness.

This book covers a wide variety of health topics, and you can skip to your areas of interest/your particular health goals or you can read it in full.
